Rooms and suites at this Tulsa resort hotel are consistently described as being of an excellent overall standard. The accommodation is clean with stylish decor and furnishings and an impressive selection of included amenities. Those amenities are typically found to work well.

There’s little chance that you’ll find the time to feel bored here. Guests find the resort is packed with things to do - so much so that you may not want to leave to explore the surroundings area. The on-site dining options have also proved popular although some guests have noted the lack of a traditional Hard Rock menu.

Guests have typically described the staff here as friendly and also mention that reception services went smoothly. There are occasional issues, of course, but the staff appears to deal with any problems promptly and to the satisfaction of guests.

Previous guests have found the pool small, shallow, and rather disappointing overall. That said, renovations are planned (for July 2016), so it seems likely that these issues will be addressed. The resort also plans to install a spa tub, a facility that guests have previously missed.

Although there is a non-smoking area of this casino, the main floor permits smoking. Unsurprisingly, this hasn’t suited all previous guests, many of whom have found the area unbearably smoky.

The air-conditioning in the rooms often disappoints guests. The most frequently reported problem is that the units are noisy but guests have also occasionally found them ineffective. Guests also note that the bathrooms are not air-conditioned.
