Vidinge Gård guesthouse is located in the middle of the Kingdom of Crystal, in the beautiful countryside of Småland, 2 km outside of Älghult. This is a family owned guesthouse perfect for nature lovers, families as well as tourists. There are 17 bright rooms with a total of 38 beds to offer either with a private bathroom, hostel room with shared bath or apartments with private bath and private or shared kitchen for your own housekeeping. The restaurant serves good, home cooked food and picnic/lunch box to take along can be arranged. The Fishing center (Fiskecenter) handles the fishing permits for Strömfiske Alsterån (stream fishing). Strömfiske Alsterån is a 15km scenic area of the stream with the ambition to be one of Sweden's premier water for brown trout. In the surroundings of Vidinge Gård, nature invites you to a lot of activities, aside from fishing, there are marked bike/hiking trails, nature reserves, bird watching tower and great mushroom forests. From here it's not far to visit the glass factories, Kalmar with its castle and beautiful city and many other tourist attractions to explore on a day’s tour.
