Travellers can get back to nature at Vanira Lodge, a secluded camp nestled between the hills and the ocean. Lodgings come in the form of authentic Polynesian bungalows, handcrafted from native materials and designed to offer peace and privacy. Guests can choose from three styles of bungalow: those featuring a private garden; those that include luxury amenities like air-conditioning and a jetted spa tub; and those designed with open-air features to allow guests to be even closer to nature. Larger bungalows can house up to six guests. The lodge features picturesque gardens for guests to explore, as well as a small outdoor pool. Kayaking, mountain biking, and snorkelling facilities are available, while regular activities include yoga, traditional dancing, and craft classes. Massages can be arranged. Breakfast and dinner are available from the on-site restaurant daily, while lunch is served on weekends. Vanira Lodge is just six minutes’ walk from Teahupoo village centre and beach, where world-class surfing awaits.
