Carpets and floors are badly stained and not clean. It's one of those places where you put your shoes on to visit the bathroom! Everything's dated, even down to the old TV. *Still, programs were much better in those days!
The place is pet friendly, which is good, but keep an eye on your charges. It has been known for them to make a charge for pets ... when the visitor doesn't even have one. This is just one mistaken 'extra' that might appear on your account.
The bathroom fan is noisy and it's on 'automatic' timer, so you can't turn it off. The lack of frills here extends to soap and shampoo, so don't forget to pack these items prior to setting out.
