Guests mentioned that the staff at the motel were very pleasant and friendly. It was said that they went above and beyond when helping their guests out and had the sort of attitude that gave the motel a very homely fee.

It seemed as if guests were not expecting these two amenities, which made them all the happier to have them available. There appears to be a lack of good restaurants in Erie, so guests were happy that they were at least able to bring in some snacks and drinks and prepare and enjoy them in the comfort of their room.

Guests reckoned that the motel's housekeeping department was doing a great job keeping both the rooms and the public areas of the hotel spotlessly clean. There were no complaints regarding cleanliness to be found at all.

Guests were not happy that there were no complimentary toiletries, aside from a small bar of soap, in their rooms -not even so much as a small shampoo sample. They felt that this was odd, since pretty much all hotels supply the basics at the very least.

It was mentioned that this was the only hotel/motel in the small town, and as such had no real competition. Some guests felt that this fact resulted in room rates that were a bit high considering the standard of the accommodation.

Some guests found that the mattresses used were a bit too firm for their liking, so those who like dreamy pillow top's may not be too happy with the beds.
