Stay at the tallest hotel in Malaysia!

Grand Seasons is officially the tallest hotel across the whole of Malaysia, so that could be reason enough to stay here. Needless to say you'll get some great views from the higher floor rooms here

Great customer service comes as standard here, so you can expect all the staff to be friendly and courteous. If you have a request just call down to reception and it will be dealt with straight away.

If you want to be slap bang in the middle of Kuala Lumpur then this hotel will suit you fine. It's close to all the major attractions of the city, including the iconic Petronas Towers.

Staying connected to the free Wi-Fi is a pain.

Something this hotel hasn't got right is the free Wi-Fi, which is a real lucky dip, as some floors have a good signal while other don't. You also have to login every time you want to use it, even if you logged in just five minutes before, which is really annoying.

Being so big with a staggering 800 rooms, this place lacks a real atmosphere and feels impersonal. If you like staying at a hotel where you can meet other guests and chat then this place might not be for you.
