You can really take advantage of walking around the location areas from this hotel. You have the option to walk alongside the lake, or gain access to the various boats in the nearby area.
You simply can’t beat the views from most of the rooms in Grand Suisse et Majestic. Though it comes at a little bit of an extra price, the view is stunning and overlooks the lake, with France right on the other side.
If you need help with getting your bags in your room, you might have to ask for additional help. The hotel doesn’t offer porter service, so there isn’t anyone readily available to offer assistance.
If you ask for a double, or anything bigger in your room, you might be unhappy, as these are generally two twin beds pushed together. It can be uncomfortable, especially if they roll apart.
Although the hotel staff tries their hardest to help, they would benefit from smiling more often or being more friendly, as they can come across as being standoffish.
