Guests to this hotel have enjoyed the karaoke nights. The staff make you feel very comfortable and the general atmosphere is filled with excitement. These nights often go on until late and everyone is welcommed.

Guests have commented on the fact that the hotel clearly shows signs of wear and tear and it is not cleaned to a high enough standard. The carpet and linens are worn and damaged, the floors and furniture surfaces are dusty.

Some guests have reported that furniture and fittings in their rooms were broken upon arrival and were not fixed during their stay. The shower heads and shower curtain rails were broken and so a lot of water would be splashed across the bathrooms.

The decor at this hotel is a little dated and guests wish to see the hotel go through an upgrade to keep it in line with the rest of the hospitality industry.
