Garner Hotel Oklahoma City - Quail Springs (Oklahoma City, USA)

The Comfort Inn & Suites Quail Springs is in a location which has close proximity to several of Oklahoma's attractions like museums, universities, zoos and golf clubs. Guests can shop at the Quail Springs Mall which is right opposite to the hotel. Oklahoma Christian and City University are all close by as well as the Frontier Theme Park and Oklahoma City National Memorial Museum and Zoo Amphitheatre. Guests can visit the Cox Convention Center and Remington Park Racetrack with a 20-minute drive.

The rooms and suites take care of the needs of guests with facilities like microwaves, refrigerators, coffee makers and 32-inch LCD TV with cable facilities. Suites have a separate living room with sofa beds while some have whirlpool tubs. Children under 18 can stay free with an adult.

The hotel has an indoor heated pool and a spa tub for a relaxing soak. A lobby where guests can relax with the day's newspaper and are served complimentary coffee/tea and cookies is present. Guests are free to pick up a book at the hotel's lending library. A business center and meeting space with fax and copy facilities are present on site. For the fitness enthusiasts, a fully equipped gym is present.

The rooms have a musty smell and the trash cans used from the previous guests are not emptied. Some guests have found the mattresses of the bed uncomfortable.

The bathrooms are not supplied with full sized towels and the drains in some rooms are slightly clotted.

Wi-Fi speed is rather slow and guests have difficulty to stay connected. For some guests breakfast time is an issue as it is served at a set time and nothing is available if guests want to get an early start. The menu is limited as well and choices are few.
