Unlike other mega-resorts in Las Vegas, where you have to walk for what seems like miles through a smoky casino to get to your room, you can have easy room access at this hotel. Parking is available outside of rooms, so you won't have far to go when you want to crash for the night.

Away from the celebratory atmosphere of the Strip, guests rested well at the Fortune Hotel & Suites. Loud revelers and nighttime antics were nowhere to be found, yet guests were just a few blocks from the action if that's what they were looking for.

Guests leaving their car at this hotel were a bit concerned by the area and the kind of people frequenting it. Make sure to lock up your valuables, as some guests experienced break-ins. Despite hotel security, it seems theft was still a problem in the unsecured parking lot.

Bare-bones rooms were mostly what guests expected for the low price they paid. What they didn't expect were questionable linens, towels, and pillows. Some guests felt that bed sheets, bed spreads, and some towels were in desperate need of replacement.

There are unsubstantiated reports that this hotel will be turning into a new hotel and casino in the near future. As such, guests commented that they had the misfortune of dealing with the uncaring staff and management, who seemed to have already moved on.
