Guests were happy that the hotel was in a quiet area as most rooms faced a courtyard. The quietness was a relief for those who need to get a good rest for the leisure or business visits.

The hotel is in a good location very close to the metros and other public transportation to explore the rest of Berlin. Guests were also walking distance from the central square of the city. It is a good position to explore all of Berlin.

The rooms were found to be nice and clean by guests who stayed here. The guests were able to use the anti-allergic pillows and bed sheets. The rooms and bathrooms were cleaned nicely and thoroughly, while having a cosy feeling to them. The beds were also comfortable.

Guests felt that the rooms and the overall stay did not merit such a high price for it. They at least felt that the breakfast should be included in the price, as in itself, it was too expensive.

Guests did not enjoy staying in rooms that took up the heat from outside and did not have air conditioning. The rooms were too hot for them to feel comfortable.

The Wi-Fi was not working well for guests who stayed here. They had to get the login information per device, and the signal would go on and off at times. Some days it did not work at all. It was not able to handle the amount of guests.
