The hotel's location was found to be central and close to shops and restaurants. The guests were able to head to the beach, the markets or other attractions with a taxi drive. Most areas were a close reach from the hotel.

Guests felt the price for their stay to be of good value given they had their own kitchenettes and living space. They also had a good location and the common areas such as the pool and gym, were good. The restaurant also had good food.

The accommodations were found to be modern and clean by guests, as they found the rooms and apartments were spacious and clean. The décor was charming and warm which made guests feel at home. They had most of what they needed to be independent.

Guests could hear the noise coming from their next door neighbours. It was distracting to hear the noise and they would have liked more sound isolation.

Guests who had to work online were disappointed to find that the Wi-Fi did not work at all or was too slow for them. It was annoying to have to battle with the Wi-Fi when it should be more than constant.

The staff was found to be a little slow and unprofessional by guests. Their check-in times were above average in terms of time taken and the staff made it more difficult than it should be. They were also slow in terms of answering phones.
