Guests do not have to travel far to shop, dine or have a good time as the building is close to several amenities in the area. Its nearness to Ciampino Airport is an added advantage to travelling guests.

Guests who stayed at the hotel were quick to mention the staff's attitude as exceptionally admirable. They felt their requests met by the ever enthusiastic staff at the hotel. The whole team take their work seriously and are always ready to assist whenever they're needed.

Guests can be served breakfast right at the comfort of their rooms if they wish so. The tasty meals are well prepared and wonderfully presented. Guests on special diets we well accommodated. The menu is diverse with plenty of options available.

According to many, the Wi-Fi connection was rather weak, poor and needs improvement. It wasn't reliable as the connection was not that stable in most rooms. At times the Wi-Fi wasn't available. Some had to go to other areas to get connected.

Several guests have complained about the state of disrepair that the hotel appears to be in. The rooms were said to have old and dated furniture. Some rooms had ineffective ACs that made the rooms to become overheated and stuffy.

Most of the guests felt that the sound padding at the hotel wasn't adequate enough for their liking. The walls were so thin that you could hear noises from other rooms. At times there were a lot of noisy conversations that disturbed some guests.
