This property is located about 12 miles north of Marinette Wisconsin on the Menominee River. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with about 1500 square feet of living space. There is a spiral staircase going up to the second floor bedroom that has a bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and a screened in porch. The living room has a wood burning fireplace and a kitchen with a breakfast bar and door leading out to a deck with a river view. The house sits on 4 wooded acres and has about 320 feet of river frontage. The house is on a corner, so the river wraps around the house with breathtaking views looking south, east, or west. The fishing is outstanding, with groups sometimes catching 100 Smallmouth Bass fish daily. There are rock outcroppings that extend out from shore, drop-offs, and varying currents everywhere making for an enjoyable fishing experience, especially for people that like to wade. Kayaking and tubing down the river, letting the current take you is also a great activity. We will provide 2 kayaks, a canoe, a non-motorized fishing boat, and some tubes to make your experience on the Menominee river a memorable one.
