Yes, an actual sand beach with dune grass in the middle and a rocky pebble beach on the opposite side. Spectacular views. Walk the beaches and enjoy lots of birdlife, swimming and boating. Very Private setting. Sleeps 5 with a Queen size in downstairs bedroom, full size and twin bed in loft bedroom. Full bath. Open floor plan with large picture window for spectacular views. \r\n\r\nWide board pine floors, lots of woodwork, front screen porch facing water. Large rear deck for warm afternoon barbecues and sunbathing. Lots of hiking in the area, great kayaking and boating with public boat ramp and pier just a half-mile away. One hour away from Bar Harbor, Acadia Park, and numerous sites in the area. Go to Ripley Point link for activities and attractions in the local area.
