Norway’s first “alpine cabin” - a culinary gathering place for guests during both summer, autumn and winter. Located 720 meters over the ocean in Norefjell Alpingrend, homemade courses mainly based on commodities from the Norefjell area and local food producers are served. Beautiful surroundings with inspiring details og food made with love. Intimate restaurant with room for 40 people, decorated in a warm Norwegian mountain cabin style with a grand fireplace. At daytime lunch courses are served, and at evening time a new 5-course menu is put together from day to day - and you choose yourself how many courses you desire. It is the chef himself who presents the menu, gives you suggestions regarding wines and guides you through the dinner In Norway’s first “alpine cabin” you can also stay in one out of three intimate cabin suites for two with your own sauna and fireplace, and have all meals served in the very same log cabin. Norefjellhytta’s grand cabin with 20 beds and its own conference room lies only a three minutes stroll away.
