Beautiful lake front property sits on a 95 acre all sports lake with dock. Sleeps 8 people. Queen bed in loft, living room has queen size pull out couch with inflatable mattress, 2 twin pull out chairs also with inflatable mattresses. There is a detached bungalow that has a full size bed. 1 bathroom. Cottage is furnished with pots and pans, dishes, silverware, coffee pot, crock pot, toaster, blender and griddle. Also included: kitchen towels, dish clothes. bath towels, wash cloths, 8 beach towels, 2 fans, television, radio, bbq grill, fire pit & nice size deck. This lake has fishermens hours. Boats can not make a wake before 11:00 or after 7:30. Paddle boat and private dock provided. The pontoon rental is NOT part of the cottage rental and I do not own the pontoon. If you are interested I will set it all up for you. It is a older pontoon that you can\'t hurt. The cost for weekly customers is $150.00 per week and that includes one tank of gas.
