Our boutique cottage is the perfect getaway for couples, but can cater for up to 4 people. Set well off the road in an elevated position, surrounded by beautiful native bush and the impressive Mt Tamahunga. The cottage itself is very private, and newly built in 2016. It features a carport for covered parking and entrance, separate bedroom, sitting room with kitchenette, and bathroom with shower facilities. There is also a large semi-covered deck area with sliding doors off the living room and bedroom. There is a full king size bed with quality linen provided. Although the cottage is compact & best suited to couples it also has quality fold out couch for additional guests. We also welcome children, and pets on application. Locally, Matakana Village is only 6km away, with its vibrant farmers market, cafes, pubs, restaurants and boutique shops. The Matakana area is renowned for its many vineyards, with most providing wine tasting tours and many with their own restaurants. All linen is provided, complimentary tea, coffee, milk and free range eggs are available to purchase if the hens are laying. Cleaning is included. We are 15 minutes' drive to spectacular beaches including Pakiri & Omaha.
