The cottage interiors are Nova Scotia knotty pine. They all have a panorama view of Saint Mary's Bay, Digby Neck, and Nova Scotia mainland. The road to the cottages continues down to the bonfire area and beach. The bonfire area is shared by all the cottages. A great way to meet your fellow travelers. At the cottages the tide rises and falls about 28 feet. Our beach is safe to walk at high and low tide. You will even find sea-glass or other treasures to take home. Each cottage is fully equipped with fridge, stove, dishes, pots & pans, and even a propane fireplace. The cottages are far enough apart, privacy is not an issue with plenty of free parking at each cottage. Relax sitting out on the deck or gazebo watching for porpoise and seals as they swim by. You may even see deer, bunny, racoon, or porcupine along the long cottage road. Watch for a variety or birds and wild flowers too. The one bedroom cottages, Tranquility & Solace, each sleep 4. There is a queen in the bedroom and the sofa is a double pull-out. The two bedroom cottages, Serenity and Felicity, each sleep 6, Serenity Cottage has a queen in one bedroom and a double in the other, each of the 2 loveseats is a single pull-out. Felicity Cottage has a queen in each bedroom and the sofa is a double pull-out. The cottages are located on Digby Neck. A long 30 mile (50 Km.) narrow finger of land separating the famous Bay of Fundy and Saint Mary's Bay. There are 2 islands that are car ferry accessible jutting even further into the Bay of Fundy at the end of Digby Neck. These islands are home to the best whale watching. There are several companies offering whale watching tours daily in either a zodiac or boat.
