Over 500 feet of beautiful river frontage on the Clam River. So many fun things to do, or do nothing at all! Kayaks are available to use. There is fishing along the banks of the river. It\'s only a short distance to trails for dirt bikes, side-by-sides and snowmobiles, and several golf courses within 15 miles. There is a nice walking trail for morning or evening walks. In the yard is a fire pit area with a picnic table and log swing to relax on. Nearby is an artesian well that flows into a small pond. Rustic with nature around, yet comfortable. The cabin is cozy with all the essentials, and has a screened-in porch for eating breakfast or just sitting and listening to the birds sing. The cabin sleeps seven. There is one queen bed, two sets of bunk beds upstairs, and one roll-away. Linens and towels are provided. The kitchen has everything needed to cook. Marion is just 9 miles and has a grocery store, or Cadillac & Houghton Lake are 25 miles away.
