Darling and cozy 800 sq ft guesthouse is situated on almost 2 acres of organically farmed homestead. Originally an apricot farm, the barn and farmhouse were built in 1910. Bedroom is furnished with 2 queen beds, down alternative pillows, and solar dried sheets and towels. Accommodates up to 4 guests in beds (rate includes 2 guests in 1 bed, additional guests $50 each)\nIt\'s rustic, not fancy, and very comfy. \n\nNote: We are chemical and pesticide free, we strive to live in harmony with the birds, bees, bugs, and \\\"weeds\\\". \n\nOur chicken crew works in step with the ducks, “tilling” and fertilizing the gardens, serving as natural pest patrol. (so be careful where you step, and if you happen to catch an intruder just throw it to the chickens!)\n\nJust a short walk or bike to downtown Winters which is centrally located in the heart of Yolo and Napa wine country, between San Francisco & Sacramento. Only 10 minutes from Park Winters and 20 minutes from Tabor Ranch, luxury wedding and event venues. Lot\'s of hiking, kayaking, water sports and exploring, 20 minutes from Lake Berryessa, Mondavi Center, UC Davis.
