Three bedrooms, 1 bathroom with combination shower/tub (bathroom was completely remodeled in 2015), new furnace and air conditioner in 2016, fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, lakeside deck, covered back porch, picnic table and outdoor grill. 150 feet of sunny private beach, sandy bottom, safe swimming for children. Private dock, fire pit on beach, beautiful sunsets, 2 kayaks, 2 canoes and a 12\' Starcraft aluminum row boat with accessories are included. You may bring your own motor (maximum 10 horsepower) for the 12\' Starcraft, or rent our 14\' Sea Nymph aluminum fishing boat with 8 hp outboard motor for $300 per stay.\r\n \r\nDiscounted rates for monthly rentals are available for snowmobile season. There are hundreds of miles of groomed snowmobile trails which are accessible out the cottage driveway.
