Due to its close proximity to major commercial establishments, transport systems, and tourist destinations, most guests are able to visit the surrounding areas comfortably. The hotel is also located near Mexicana supermarkets, ADO bus terminal, international airport, and the beach.
The terrible performance of the air-conditioning units was very disappointing according to most guests. They could not make manual changes in the settings and the units went on and off, especially during midnight, which was very uncomfortable for the guests, especially due to the hot weather. The rooms were also not cool enough and the fans provided did not serve as sufficient alternatives.
Guests have observed the damp and mouldy smell inside the rooms. There was a combination of moulds and sewage smell, which all contributed to the unpleasant stale smell that was very noticeable among the rooms.
Aside from the poor water pressure, most guests also had issues with the lack of available hot water at some point. The water heating system was not functioning properly so guests had to endure showering with cold water most of the time.
