Many of the guestrooms at East Beach are really spacious, with large en suite bathrooms and big bay windows.

Several guestrooms boast a stunning view of Eastbourne' seafront and pier. If you aren't lucky enough to be given a room which looks out onto the English Channel, then you can still enjoy the view from the comfortable sun lounge instead.

It's looking a bit tired.

It's about time East Beach had a revamp. Some of the bed covers are frayed and the carpets are stained, as is the ceiling. The whole place could do with a lick of paint as well.

There is no car park at this hotel and street parking is quite difficult. Free spots are at a premium unless you leave your car a decent walk away.
