The hotel enjoys a central location in Chiang Mai; ideally located close to the popular night market, bars and restaurants, and all of the most popular local attractions. The old town is just a short walk away.

The hotel is a home from home for many. Everything is kept very clean, décor is modern and rooms are spacious. The beds are large and comfortable and, for the fitness minded, the gym is well-appointed.

Most guests arrive to a warm welcome; staff are polite and waiting with a drink on arrival while you enjoy a leisurely check-in. The team are on hand to assist with any questions you may have, and go above and beyond the call of duty.

Read the small print

Chiang Mai is not the most expensive area for dining, and food can be bought fairly cheaply nearby. In the hotel, itself, the cuisine is excellent but works out to be pricey when you consider the service charge and tax added to the prices on the menu- it's worth checking the small print.

Temperamental plumbing

One complaint echoed by several guests is that the plumbing can be temperamental- hot one moment and cold the next, the fluctuations can make showering difficult.

The pool at the hotel is small, and the sundeck area is cramped with few loungers available. Having said that, the leisure facilities are said to be under renovation so this is likely to improve in future.
