The on-site restaurant featured across a number of reviews. Reviewers were very complimentary about the seafood and the sides served at Pescara Restaurant, with many previous guests saying that they would definitely return.

There is a Starbucks on-site and a number of previous guests who cannot function without their favorite morning coffee pulsing through their veins, positively reviewed the hotel because of its proximity to this popular coffee chain.

A number of reviews made positive comments about the staff at the hotel, with some guests specifically remarking that they found the staff kind and considerate and very good at their jobs.

Guests were not at all impressed by the service that they received from housekeeping with many who stayed for extended periods of time disappointed that they did not get a a daily maid service during their stay.

A number of guests had a similar complaint about the mattresses on the beds at this hotel, with common concerns including that the mattresses were very dusty and worn; with some guests recounting that they did not provide much support as they sagged.  A number of guests also commented that the soft furnishings could use replacing at the same time as the mattresses.

A number of guests were disturbed during the night due to the lack of sound proofing between rooms.  Guests told of how they could hear every little movement of their neighbours and suggested that management could invest in better sound proofing to make their stay more comfortable.
