Guests found The Diplomat to be well-located in a peaceful village setting, which also proved convenient for Llanelli, while the rooms themselves were considered to offer lots of space, and were clean and nicely decorated.
You will find the staff to be very helpful and accommodating, the hotel is friendly for those visiting with children or their furry companions, and the food is of a high standard with service to match.
Those who took advantage of the spa facility found the spa pool, steam room and Jacuzzi to be a welcome addition to their stay, not to mention the handy pool and gym.
While most guests who stayed at The Diplomat had no problems with the mattresses, a handful found issue with the feeling of springs or personal preferences of hardness.
