Negative Reviews
negative:
Wi-Fi was unstable in most areas
A good number of guests were upset by the unsteady Wi-Fi connectivity in some areas. A better connection was only available at the lobby. To some it was quite surprising as the connection was lacking even in the lobby area.
negative:
Getting to the hotel can be tiresome
As the hotel is up a small hill, the many steps to get to it can be quite a test. This can prove to be a tiring task for the physically challenged or the elderly.
negative:
The pool gets crowded easily
The pool area can get overcrowded with guests mostly during peak seasons when the hotel is fully booked. Some guests were put off by the congested feel at the pool.
