The hotel is a short drive away from the airport and within easy walking distance of scores of restaurants and pubs. Entertainment can also easily be found. A train station is an easy walk and there are several parks and museums nearby.

The rooms are huge and offer a lot of extra features, like baths and amazing city or mountain views. The hotel has many restaurants onsite and has a full-service spa and fitness centre.

The rooms themselves are very modern with decor that matches the modern vibe. The hotel itself showcases the culture of the area and gives a fun and pleasing ambiance.

Much of the staff speaks limited English and some only speak Spanish. If your only language is English, you'll have a hard time voicing questions and concerns. The TV doesn't offer English channels either. Discussing the bill will present problems and don't expect requested items to show up on time or at all.

The walls in the rooms aren't soundproofed and you'll be able to hear the conversations of your neighbours. You can also hear street noise and noise from the hallways. When getting a massage, it's also possible to hear street and traffic noise.

The hotel isn't quite the top level for comfort. Some rooms are dim and give off a feeling of tiredness and overuse. The bathrooms have weird layouts and don't give needed privacy for the toilets.  In all, this is just an average stay.
