Delta Hotels by Marriott Muskegon Convention Center (Muskegon, USA)

Many guests who have traveled in big groups for either sporting tours or just for leisure getaways have been very pleased with how wonderfully this hotel accommodated them. The service was fantastic as well as the on-site dining. Guests were made to feel at home and had a fantastic stay.

From the all-day coffee served in the lobby to the pool area on the second floor, this hotel does exceptionally well in creating a delightful atmosphere for guests. Housekeeping staff also go out of their way to make the rooms neat and tidy.

The rooms offered at this hotel were all reviewed to be spacious and comfortable. To add to the luxury, guests have also commented on the wonderful views of Muskegon Lake. This includes a magnificent sunset view all from the comfort of guest's rooms.

Although the housekeeping has been commended for giving such great service and always going out of their way, there are unfortunately some things out of their control. Guests have complained that rooms look tacky. For instance, the wallpaper is peeling and in some places the wall board is separating.

There is breakfast offered at this hotel which has been appreciated by the guests. However, in some cases, guests have been disappointed with the breakfast they received considering the prices they have paid. The variety of food was not fantastic and simply put; guests expected more.

This hotel offers fantastic amenities that cater for a host of guest needs. This is negated only by the fact that the amenities themselves have been faulty at times. Guests have complained in reviews saying that they have wanted to use the sauna but it did not work and at times the pool has been found green due to lack of attention from management.
