Hotel De L'Europe is a 5 star in the heart of Amsterdam. Built in 1896 it stands between 2 canals offering water views from all the guestrooms. Schiphol International Airport is a 25 minute drive, Centraal Station is a few minutes away and there is a tram stop right near the hotel. Due to its position, a large number of tourist attractions are within walking distance, including Dam Square where the Royal Palace is, the Anne Frank House, the Red Lights District, the flower and flea market as well as a number of museums and art galleries. De l'Europe features 111 guestrooms, 23 of which are luxury suites located in the Dutch Masters Wing with original Dutch paintings and 88 in the Rondeel building. These all have ensuite marble bathrooms and 5 star facilities. 3 dining option can be chosen from, the Bord d'Eau with its wine cellar and private dining room, the Het Terras with its waterside terrace with view over the Munt Tower and the Hoofdstad Brasserie serving French fare in an open cuisine where guests can see the chefs in action. 6 multi-purpose meeting rooms, 2 bars, a fitness centre with sauna and steam room, an indoor pool and a library complete the hotel facilities.
