The Petronas Towers, with its observation deck, is just 600 yards from Le Apple KLCC, while the KL Convention Centre is a 15-minute walk away. KL Sentral Station is approximately three miles to the south.
It seems that both business and leisure guests were very happy with the location of the hotel. Leisure travellers mentioned that the Petronas Towers were very close by, so they didn't have to travel far to get a bird's eye view of the city. Business travellers mentioned that the convention centre was fairly nearby, as were offices and other commercial sites.
Those guests' allocated rooms higher up in the building were clearly the happiest of all. They mentioned that there were some great views of the skyline to be had, with some even being able to look out onto the Petronas Towers.

A worrying number of guests reported that housekeeping sometimes forgot to clean their room on a particular day. It wasn't that they had a”Do Not Disturb” sign up, but rather that they simply would fail to clean it on some days.
A number of guests did not really care much for the colour scheme chosen by the designers, especially for the public areas of the hotel. They felt that it was a bit dark, and so created a gloomy atmosphere.
