The newly renovated 4-star Hotel de France by Thermalhotels is situated directly in the center of Leukerbad at the Dorfplatz, immediately next to the thermal bath Walliser Alpentherme. Guests enjoy the hotels own wellness area with indoor and outdoor pool, a grotto bath and will have complimentary access to the Walliser Alpentherme which is connected to the hotel via an underground path. A rich breakfast buffet is offered daily with a variety of warm and cold selections as well we are happy to cater to your dietary needs. Gluten or Lactose free options are available upon request. The well-known Sacre Bon restaurant is allocated in the ground floor and offers you a variety of Swiss, International, French, grill and seasonal dishes and half board. Other points of interest include the Torrent cable car which is 200 yards away, Erli Tellerlift which is 650 yards away. Also the Sportsarena with Iceskating rink, Tennis court, Badminton court, Squash court and Minigolf course. The closest airport is Sion, reachable within 40 minutes by car. Geneva airport is reachable within a 2 hour drive and Zurich within 2.5 hours. This is our guests' favourite part of Leukerbad, according to independent reviews.
