Members of the staff are very professional and seem to excel in their duties. Most of them are multilingual and spoke several languages well and confidently. This was big advantage when it came to communicating with international guests.
Several metro stations are just a few minutes' walk away making it easy for guests to locate the hotel. There surrounding area is very lively as many restaurants and bars are just stone throw away. Guests can also take a memorable visit to the major attraction sites nearby.
The strength of your Wi-Fi signal is stable throughout the hotel. Many guests have expressed their joy of using the Wi-Fi as it had no complications and rarely dropped during a browsing session.
Navigating the steep stairs can be quite difficult especially for those on the higher floors. This can be even more challenging if you are carrying heavy luggage or jetlagged. Quite a number of guests felt greatly inconvenienced.
The sizes of the guestrooms and bathrooms were small enough to warrant a concern. Most guests felt that they were very small and offered little space to manoeuvre. .
The nightlife in the area outside the hotel is very lively. A number of noisy bars are just across the road and they open till late hours. This can really hinder a good night's sleep if you leave your window open.
