The rooms were found to be clean by many guests who appreciated the tidy accommodations. They also found there was plenty of space in the rooms. The functional interior was good enough for most guests.

The free travel pass provided by the hotel was found to be a very nice amenity by many guests. They could use the tickets to get free transport throughout the city, and it was very useful for guests who wanted to explore the area.

The hotel is about a five minute walk from the main central train station and a little over 15-minute walk from the old part of the city. Guests were also close to restaurants and shops, while other public transportation stops were also nearby.

The Wi-Fi was found to be poor since it was slow and unreliable. Some guests were annoyed they had to renew the Wi-Fi access each hour and that they needed a new password each time.

The breakfast was found to be boring and the service to be miserable by some guests. They thought a simple smile could improve the service, while improving the quality of the items would make the breakfast memorable.

There was no tea and coffee makers in the rooms which some guests would have preferred to have. They thought this simple amenity could definitely improve the rooms, as guests could make their own hot drinks on their own time.
