Rooms were Noisy Due to Heavy Traffic Outside the Hotel.

Some guests said that the hotel needs better soundproofing in its rooms as they could hear other guests in their rooms, and traffic noise outside, especially motorbikes. This made getting a good night's sleep difficult said guests.

Several guests said that their rooms were dusty. There was dust on the skirting boards, light fittings and under the beds said the guests. Some guests also said that the valance of the bed also looked dirty and had a layer of dust on it.
