The facilities at Cotswold House are excellent. Whether you are taking in one of the many treatments or simply enjoying sitting in the steam room, there are countless ways to relax here.

The hotel is nicely positioned. It is in a pretty little town and it's great if you want to venture further into the Cotswolds. The position of the hotel within the main street is handy and there are some really lovely gardens to stroll through.

You'll look forward to heading to your guestroom after a busy day. They are well-appointed with decent beds. Also, they're really clean.

The Wi-Fi at Cotswold House seems to have a mind of its own. Sometimes it works well and on other occasions you can only get online if you hang around the reception area. It has been known to be inaccessible for long periods of time too.

Sometimes when you turn up to a hotel before check-in time, you are able to go to your room anyway. That's unlikely to happen here. If you get there before you the allotted time, you'll end up waiting around.

While the employees are extremely polite and helpful, there is a little bit of a language barrier to overcome at times. Some of them don't have the strongest grasp of English, so conversations can sometimes take a little longer than you'd hope.
