Costa Bahia Hotel & Convention Center (Guayanilla, Puerto Rico)

The breakfast was found to be nice and with much variety for most guests. They enjoyed their morning meal in the hotel and the good quality of the items available.

The staff members were thought to be friendly and professional by most guests. They appreciated the reception speaking good English which made it easy to communicate. The attention given by the restaurant staff was also thought to be a nice way to enjoy their dining experience.

The hotel is in a convenient location next to the freeway which made it easier for them to explore the sights in the area. The hotel served as the base for those who wanted to see the area in their own time.

The rooms were found to be unclean by guests who stayed here. The bathrooms were also not in tip top shape which disappointed guests. They felt these basics should be covered and would help the atmosphere greatly.

Guests felt the hotel was showing obvious signs of wear and tear. They felt the paint, the furnishings and the rooms were worn and old. Simple touches would help the image of the hotel and make guests feel good.

The rooms were not fully equipped with basic amenities such as more than one towel per room. There were guests who had no hair dryer, microwaves, mini fridges or iron. It was not nice to pay for a room and not be given a proper service.
