Although this hotel is short on amenities, the price-point is very reasonable and you get a good value for your money.

The Internet reception can be spotty and slow which is a hassle if you’re travelling for business and trying to get some work done. If you’re just sending emails, however, the Wi-Fi is adequate.

Despite the recent improvements, The Comfort Leicester’s décor is still tired and dated and the furnishings and carpeting are a bit shabby.

The guest rooms can be on the dirty side, especially the bathrooms. In addition, the fixtures in the bathrooms are old and don’t work as they should which can make for a frustrating experience.
