Club Hotel Aguamarina is three-star rated and overlooks the Arenal d’en Castell beach. This is the sort of hotel that attracts returning guests on a regular basis. You even recognise some of them! This is, in no small way, due to the excellent staff. The welcome from reception is warm and everyone here is so friendly and helpful. A special word is due to the entertainers who put their combined hearts and souls into ensuring that everyone has a great holiday.
The food is good, well presented and there's plenty of it. Not a huge variety. If you are here for more than a few days, the first menu comes round again - but it is good. Don't forget the little shop by the pool. They sell food items and you've got all the basics in your room if you want a change from restaurant dining.
Nicely decorated and very clean. On the surface, there's nothing to complain about in the rooms. They are cleaned every day by some of those friendly staff members and towels are changed regularly. *Something you don't get everywhere!
The hotel is ‘vibrant' enough but if you want a change, there's nothing much doing in the immediate surrounding area. If you just want the sea, pool and reasonably good food … it's perfect!
Fortunately, you'll be spending all your time soaking up the sun. if you were to be stuck in your room, you'd note that it could do with some updating. Families: ‘family rooms' - "no." Suites … "yes!"
The beach is lovely and virtually on the doorstep. Actually there are quite a few doorsteps and the steep access to the beach could be a problem for elderly visitors.
