In addition to being super-friendly and eager to please, the proactive guys and gals who work at this hotel's reception desk are really rather good at speaking English. If they can help then they will, and they'll be genuinely happy to do so. Impressive.

There's no getting away from the fact that the rooms here are very small, even for a lone traveller. If you're looking to stay with a partner or companion then be warned: you WILL be in each other's pockets (and on each other's toes) much of the time.
