Most of the guests have had a very pleasant experience at the hotel and that has been attributed to the very friendly staff of the hotel. They try to resolve all the issues quickly if any arise and the breakfast staff is also very warm.

Many guests have compared the size of the suites to those at costlier properties. The layout is unusual but likeable and the facilities are great. The larger suites have a fireplace as well as bar seats near the kitchen area.

Chase Suite El Paso is perfectly located at just a short walk away from the airport and provides easy access to the freeway. There are a lot of eateries and malls in the surrounding area too.

The property is slightly old and some guests have commented on the dated look of the rooms. The wallpapers in the rooms are also very old and the carpets also seem rough. Little bit of renovation can do wonders for this hotel.

There are have a few minor complaints regarding the amenities like the air conditioner being too loud,  not working, pool water being too cold or the bathroom facilities breaking down. However, the staff ensures that all complaints are handled fast and without any delays.

Guests who had their rooms near the street have complained of traffic noise from there. Some have mentioned the lack of soundproofing in Chase Suite El Paso which can cause disturbance.
