The staff at the Celtic Ross make you feel very welcome from the moment you arrive. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful, the manager make sure that you have everything that you need. The restaurant staff are efficient and friendly.
This is a great location, especially for a family holiday or just to pop into on your way past. The beach is very close and lovely for a walk. There are also loads of attractions and restaurants in the area to visit. The hotel and surrounds themselves are beautifully maintained.
Nothing is too much for the hotel staff. This hotel offers adjoining rooms for families as well as rooms for larger group of guests. The rooms and common areas are spotlessly clean and well-kept. The restaurant is not too expensive and the hotel offers many services.
Although guests have enjoyed their stay at the Celtic Ross, some have reported that they were not impressed by the Kingfisher Bar & Bistro. The service is slow and you may find yourself waiting a while to get your orders in and for your food to arrive. The staff are unhelpful and seem uninterested. The quality and portions of the food is lacking.
