Castle Hotel (Neath, United Kingdom)

The hotel is situated in a lovely vicinity. It's a warm friendly place with good connections to the centre of town.

The staff certainly knows how to do their job. They are quite helpful and seem to enjoy what they are doing. The locals are quite friendly as well.

The rooms are a nice size. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is huge, and there are plenty of complementary toiletries provided.

The hotel could do with an update. Though it's clean, it could be fantastic if they refurbished the place. The pigeons constantly outside the window don’t help either. Mouldy grout, ceiling falling down, and all the things that make a hotel look shabby an

The hotel price should be half. You may or may not have a working shower with scalding hot water, no cold water. Walls are extremely thin; you can clearly hear your neighbours. There's also a nightclub directly under the hotel with booming bass speakers

The breakfast is expensive for what you get. It's best to eat up the road where you only pay half the price
