If you're on a family vacation in the Kansas City area, this hotel is in a great spot for access to the nearby amusement parks, including Worlds of Fun and Oceans of Fun. Both are within half a mile of the hotel, so you can make the most of a full, fun-packed day out.

The indoor pool is a real bonus, and guests say that their children love splashing about there. It's not the only child-friendly facility on offer: you can also borrow games consoles and DVDs from the front desk - perfect for when you need some downtime and the kids still need entertainment.

If you have your own transport and you're here for the amusement parks, then the hotel is in the ideal location. However, guests who aren't driving, or who want a local neighborhood environment, with restaurants and shops within walking distance, find this location a bit out of the way.
