About Usadba Nabaimar

Usadba Nabaimar is a small cozy hotel in the heart of Khuzhir, the single large settlement on Olkhon Island, Lake Baikal. The hotel consists of four new, well-built wooden log houses, equipped with heating (for winter) and utilities (toilets, hot water, showers in bathrooms). “Standard” rooms have dedicated bathrooms, “Economy” rooms have shared bathrooms. We give our every guest a warm-hearted welcome. In addition to rooms and accommodation, we provide catering, transfers, excursions. The main sightseeing destination of Olkhon Island – Cape Burkhan, also known as the Shamanka rock, is just within 700 meters away from the hotel. The shore of Lake Baikal is just 100 meters away. We are located in the center of Khuzhir. Khuzhir is a vibrant place with shops, cafes, souvenir stands, and other tourist attractions, especially in the summer. Most of our rooms can be equipped with extra beds for travelers with children. The rooms and common areas are safe – everything made of soft wood, stairways are very short and safe for children, no concrete or steel – only wood, dirt, and sand. The hotel’s dining room serves (if requested) breakfasts, lunches, and dinners.
