Kookaburra Holiday Park is situated on 3 acres of lush tropical gardens 800m north from the centre of Cardwell and across from the beach. We are also the closest park to the centre of town and offer convenient access to the shops. Rated at 3 and a half stars (AAA Tourism) we aim to exceed expectations and proudly offer to all our guests a wide range of clean, quality accommodation at an affordable price. Catering for all budgets, the Kookaburra has all accommodation types, deluxe cabins, self contained units and villas as well as camping and sites. All have access to free WIFI, a sparkling swimming pool, undercover barbecue areas, camp kitchen and laundry. Family owned and operated, you can be sure that there will be a friendly face to greet you and to provide assistance with all your needs. We are a pet friendly holiday park but please ask before booking. The Hinchinbrook area is renowned for it's fabulous fishing, with calm waters and mazes of rivers and waterways with hundreds of species of fish.
