Many guests would stay again in a heartbeat because of the fantastic staff. Hotel workers set the bar high for customer service with friendly, outgoing personalities that didn't go unnoticed. Even the family dog was treated well.

You will more than likely feel like you got your money's worth here, with the majority of guests happy with their decision to stay. Clean and spacious accommodation was a strong contributing factor for guests' positive opinions, as was the availability of good Wi-Fi and comfortable beds.

Downtown is an easy walking distance from this hotel, and guests also appreciated the close proximity to the Cascade Lakes Highway, and a number of neighborhood restaurants and pubs.

Located on a busy street, many guests were surprised to discover how quiet the premises were, but a few were still let down by outside disturbances. Noisy external stairs and walkways could also pose a problem for some, and guests recommended asking for a room away from stairwells.
