Guests liked the fact that the hotel is a bit removed from the typical tourist area, but still close enough to visit all attractions. You can easily get around the city since a bus stop is located near the hotel, and all tour buses also stop at the hotel. The ferry to Isla Mujeres is accessible from this location for a lovely day trip to the island, and Las Plazas Outlet is only a 15-minute drive away.
The hotel features two pools, a small shop and a decent restaurant, which guests found to be quite helpful. That coupled with spacious and clean rooms - some of which offered picturesque views of the beautiful ocean and lagoon - made guests feel quite comfortable.
