Many guests felt that the location of Best Western Inn On the Park couldn't be better. It's right across the street from Capitol Square, making it perfect for business travelers. Capitol Square also hosts several events throughout the year, such as Dane County Farmers' Market, Art Fair on the Square, and Concerts on the Square. There are a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars within close walking distance. In addition, the location had a great impact on the views some guests had from their hotel rooms.

Nearly every review had something nice to say about the staff at Best Western Inn On the Park. Reviews said that the employees were competent and courteous, and perfectly willing to accommodate special requests.

Guests were impressed with the housekeeping service at the hotel. They found everything to be spotlessly clean in both their rooms and the common areas of the hotel.
